Our in-house customer complains procedure, dedicated solely to handle customer complains and queries, addresses your requirements and ensures that the matter is resolved in the minimum possible time. If you would like to make a complaint, please fill in the below form and we will reply to you within 14 days. If we are unable to respond to you within the required timescale we will advise of a revised deadline. If at the end of the process you are not happy we will refer you to our ombudsman service.
